Monday

Two-Tie Pony

Pull the front hair back into an elastic. Then pull more hair from the sides and back to add to the 1st pony, and secure with 2nd elastic. You've now got a two-tie pony!

Sunday

Mini-Braid

This one is fun, and can last 2 days. I'll explain. First, to create it, French braid only a small section of hair (maybe 4 or 5 weaves). You can place an elastic at that point and leave a ponytail, or you can do what I did here and continue the braid without adding any extra hair. Secure with an elastic. To make it last another day: take out the braid the next morning for some crimpy, fun hair!
(option: if you don't know how to French braid: pull the hair back into a medium pony and secure with an elastic, then braid the pony tail and secure with a 2nd elastic)

Saturday

Three-Tie Pony

For this style, part the hair down the middle. Pull front hair into 2 sections and secure with elastics. Then combine both ponies, adding a small section of hair, and secure with an elastic. So easy!

Friday

Flip-under Plus

Check out the previous 'flip-under' post to figure out how to do the first part of this style. Then pull the flip-under pony and more hair into a 2nd elastic.

Tuesday

the Zig Zag

Sometimes my girls don't want any barrettes or elastics in their hair, so I just do something fancy with the part instead. Using the pointy end of a comb, start at the forehead and 'draw' a zig zag line on the scalp under the hair. Separate the 2 sides and comb smooth. It's quick and effortless!

Saturday

The Dolphins

I don't know why exactly but this little style makes me think of dolphins. It's easy and great for keeping hair back from the face. Just pull back 2 small ponies in elastics. Then pull those ponies and more hair into the 3rd and 4th elastics.

Tuesday

the Wrap Around

My photo doesn't do it justice, especially since I was having a bad hair day! This one is a simple one, but adds that 'I-spent-some-time-on-it' look. Just pull the hair into a ponytail with an elastic. Grab a section of hair from the underside of the pony and wrap around the elastic, then bobby pin in place.
